Adv. Eran Ben-Ari, Partner

Adv. Eran Ben-Ari (Born 1980), married and father to 4, resides in Neve Ilan, leads our administrative and Judea & Samaria department.

Adv. Ben-Ari is a Hebrew University graduate, and interned in the real estate department of Yigal Arnon & Co, Tel Aviv.

Adv. Ben-Ari has served in the civil department of the Attorney General, representing the state of Israel and various government ministries, as well as the Israel Land Authority, in front of the Supreme Court. During his service, Adv. Ben-Ari was nominated to the secretary of the public committee for reviewing the construction in Judea & Samaria, led by the late Supreme Court Justice Edmund Levi.

Later, Adv. Ben-Ari was appointed to oversee the Judea & Samaria issues in the Ministry of Defence’s legal department, during which he specialized in all different legal aspects in connection with the area, including real estate, ownership, planning, legislation etc.

Among other things, Adv. Ben-Ari is a legal commentator in public media in these and other subjects.

Since 2018, Adv. Ben-Ari opened an independent legal practice, representing various legal and institutional clients, in civil and administrative matters.

Adv. Ben-Ari specializes in Judea & Samaria law, commercial and administrative litigation, real estate, cooperative societies law and non-profit organizations law. Adv. Ben-Ari also serves as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.

In addition, Adv. Ben-Ari holds extensive public activity, and was elected as a member of the national board of, and head of the Judea & Samaria Committee of the Israeli Bar Association. He is also a board member of several non-profit organizations.

Adv. Assaf Techelet ,Partner

Our litigation department is led by Adv. Assaf Techelet (Born 1980), married and father to 4, resides in Jerusalem.

Assaf is an LLB & LLM graduate from the Hebrew University, both Magna Cum Laude, as well as an MBA graduate (financing and business entrepreneurship) from the Hebrew University as well.

Interned at the Supreme Court, chambers of the Hon. Justice Salim Joubran (2006), and later on worked as a commercial and Hi-tech lawyer in prominent private law firms.

Later, Adv. Techelet was employed at the Ministry of Justice, and .as a senior law clerk, in the Jerusalem District Court, chambers of the Hon. Justice Arnon Darel (2013-2014), and in the Supreme Court, chambers of the Hon. Justice Noam Solbers (2014-2016).

In addition, worked as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer in Tort Law, the Interdisciplinary Center, Hertzlia.

Since 2016 Adv. Techelet was employed at the litigation and real estate department of Balter, Guth Aloni & Co., leading complex litigation cases.

Adv. Techelet’s main practice is in managing civil & commercial disputes in several subjects: contracts, real estate, tort and labor law, as well as administrative law. Adv. Techelet has substantial experience in cooperative societies and defamation cases.

Adv. Techelet also provides commercial legal counsel to corporates, cooperative societies and real estate practioners. Adv. Techelet is a certified mediator, and is included in the Ministry of Economy’s formal arbitrators list for cooperative societies’ disputes.

Since 2018 Adv. Techelet is also a member of the board of the National Shooting Olympic Center Association, Hertzlia

Adv. Eytan Marans, Partner

Adv. Eytan Marans (Born 1980), married and father to 5, resides in Neve Daniel, Gush Etzion, leads our Real Estate department.

Adv. Marans is a Hebrew University graduate, and interned in the commercial and taxation departments of S. Friedman & Co., Tel Aviv, where he continued to work as an attorney.

Adv. Marans was later employed as a private and commercial real estate attorney in a leading boutique firm, following which he joined as one of the leaders in the real estate department of Dr. J. Weinroth & Co.

In 2017, Adv. Marans opened a private practice, in which he represents entrepreneurs, contractors and private clients in complex real estate transactions, including urban renewal, “Tama 38” & “Pinuy Binuy”.  In handling these transactions Adv. Marans provides our clients with advice regarding the legal, financial, and tax structure of the various transactions. Adv. Marans represents tenants in several urban renewal projects, including “Pinuy Binuy” projects with hundreds of tenants.

In addition, Adv. Marans provides commercial legal counsel to corporates and non-profit organizations, and legal guidance in personal wills and durable powers of attorney.

During the past several years, Adv. Marans is also certified as a Notary, providing all notary and notary related services, including translations, apostile etc.

Adv. Marans is an active board member of the parent organization of “Resheet” school, which includes children with special needs in the regular school system in Gush Etzion. Also, Adv. Marans provides pro-bono legal counsel to non-profit organizations and to new immigrants in their first business steps in Israel.

Adv. Roi Moshe Simhi, Partner

Adv. Roi Moshe Simhi (born 1985), married and a father of four, is a Partner at the firm and heads its Torts and Insurance Department. He resides in Jerusalem.
Adv. Simhi holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an LL.M. from the same institution, graduating with distinction and ranking first on the Dean’s List of Outstanding Law Students in 2021.

He began his legal career as a law clerk at the Jerusalem District Court of the Honorable Judge Gila Kanfi-Steinitz (currently a Justice of the Supreme Court of Israel). He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2014 and subsequently gained extensive professional experience in the torts department of a leading law firm. In addition, he served as Legal Assistant to the President of the Jerusalem District Court, the Honorable Judge Aharon Farkash.

With over a decade of experience in tort and insurance law, Adv. Simhi specializes in a wide range of areas, including bodily injury, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accident claims, and property damage. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, among them medical institutions, Israel’s largest insurance companies, municipal bodies, and other prominent organizations.
His current client roster includes some of the most influential entities in the Israeli market.
In addition, Adv. Simhi serves as a panel member at the tribunal of the “Eilat” Association — the Israeli Association for Competitive Non-Olympic Sports — chaired by the Honorable (Ret.) Judge Zvi Segal

Zhenya (Evgenya) Fikhman , Partner

Zhenya (Evgenya) Fikhman, (born 1982), is remarried and a mother of two.

Adv. Fikhman holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Arts (MA) in Public Administration and Policy (cum laude) from Ben-Gurion University.

Between 2006 and 2009, Adv. Fikhman interned and then worked at a private law firm in Haifa, where she specialized in representing local authorities as well as in the field of inheritance and estates.

From 2009 to 2022, Adv. Fikhman worked at the Israeli Ministry of Welfare and the Ministry of Justice. At the Ministry of Welfare, she worked in the field of tenders and procurements and in addition represented the Attorney General in legal proceedings concerning personal status, including legal capacity and guardianship, adoption, minors, paternity etc.
While at the Ministry of Justice (Legal Aid), Adv. Fikhman supervised and guided external lawyers in the fields of personal status, legal capacity, involuntary hospitalization, and victims of sexual and homicide offenses. She also initiated and managed legal proceedings in landmark cases with broad implications.

In 2022, Adv. Fikhman worked in the Tenders and Procurements Department at Barnea, Jaffa Landa & Co. Law Offices.
Beginning in 2023, Adv. Fikhman opened her own law firm in Rehovot.

In 2025, Adv. Fikhman joined the firm as a partner and Head of the Tenders and Family Law Department.
In the field of family law, Adv. Fikhman handles matters related to legal capacity and competence, inheritance, wills, enduring power of attorney, will, advance directives, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, divorce settlements, representation of minors etc.
Adv. Fikhman is a certified mediator.

In the field of tenders and procurements, Adv. Fikhman provides legal services to public bodies and private companies on all aspects of procurements, including procurements through tender and tender exemption, drafting tender documents and agreements, submitting proposals in tenders, evaluating proposals, submitting objections, and managing administrative appeals in this area. Furthermore, Adv. Fikhman has experience in the field of government grants.
Adv. Fikhman served as a member of inter-ministerial forums in the field of purchasing and procurements. She has completed numerous trainings in the field, including an international training course.

Dr. Chagai Vinizky

Dr. Chagai Vinizky is a Senior Lecturer on Property Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property, Class Actions, Commercial Law. Judea and Samaria Law, and Property Registration Law and director of legal clinics at the Academic Center for Law and Science. He is the academic director of the Begin Institute of Law and Zionism, and a military judge (reserves) from 2004. LLB, LLM, and PhD from the Faculty of Law of Bar-Ilan University.

Dr. Vinizky was a member of a legal team appointed by Prime Minister Netanyahu to formulate construction regulations in Judea and Samaria, and one of the leaders of the legislation of the Basic Law: Israel as the Nation-State of the Jewish People.

Dr. Vinizky published a book on Real Estate Transactions and Land Registration in Judea and Samaria and a book on Class Actions (with Adv. Aviel Flint), edited two collections of articles in the fields of Real Estate Law, International Law, and Commercial Law in Judea and Samaria (with Dr. Harel Arnon), published articles, among others, in the fields of property, contracts, intellectual property, law applicable in Judea and Samaria, class actions, and property rights registration in leading legal journals in Israel and the United States, and authored position papers on the Basic Law: Israel as the Nation-State of the Jewish People (with Dr. Shaul Sharf) and the application of Israeli law in the Jordan Valley, Judea, and Samaria, and also participated in legal opinions regarding issues concerning the challenges of “Iron Swords” war. Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1998, and a (acting) member in the Venice Committee as the representative of the State of Israel.

Dr. Vinizky was among the candidates for the Supreme Court in 2021.
